NEVER A DYING THOUGHT ...

I was his anybody,
tried unsuccessfully to be his somebody,
and yet still am his nobody,
so like everybody,
who are his nobody,
because he has had his long-term somebodies.

I keep peace with his somebodies,
proving that I am not like everybody,
because I believe there is hardly anybody,
as positive as this nobody.

But I'll be somebody,
the one will stand up among everybody,
because nobody is anybody,
for I believe everyone is a special somebody to anybody.

Would you ever learnt,
we are all ships,
ultimately we’ll sink,
sooner or later.

Would you ever learnt,
we are all the bobbing waves,
despite the ups and downs,
we’ll move towards crashing on the shore.

Would you ever learnt,
we are the realities of life,
we are the element to the concept of ever-changing world,
and in an instant all humanity can be wiped out.

It is yet to feel totally cynical about love,
in the face of aridity and disenchantments,
for whenever you are there,
love turns to be as perennial as the grass.

You are my surrender to things of youth,
you are the reasons to keep on achieving and keeping to plans,
you are the real possession in this humble life,
you are my changing fortunes of time.

You are the ignite,
to go placidly amid the noise and the haste,
a reason to find peace in silent,
a reason to speak truth quietly and clearly.

And in this noisy confusion of life,
the ability to keep peace within the soul,
looking at this beautiful world,
amid the shams, drudgery and broken dreams,
there is still cheerfulness,
a strive to be happy ….
